Controller: Scoffs Group UK. Scoffs Group UK is made up of different legal entities, which can be seen here. This privacy policy is issued on behalf of the Group so when we mention "Scoffs Group", "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Group responsible for processing your data. Scoffs Group Ltd (Co No 05727713) is the controller and responsible for this website.

2) Scope

This Policy does not cover third party websites and services that link to or from our Website.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, race, religion) and our Website is not designed to collect such information.

Scoffs Group UK

From time-to-time Scoffs Group Ltd may share personal data collected from its website, under this Policy, within Scoffs Group UK. This may be for internal compliance reasons, sharing of software, for market research or other business needs. Each entity within the Scoffs Group will treat any shared personal data in accordance with this Policy.
