Scoffs Group UK is pleased to announce the opening of their first Miss Millie’s Fried Chicken store on the 7th of September 2022 at 95 Above Bar in Southampton.
Expanding into multi-brand franchising
The Southampton store is the first location opened as part of a ten-store deal with Miss Millie’s to launch sites across Southampton, the South, the Southwest, and Essex regions. For Scoffs Group UK, it signals the company’s transition from a single to a multi-brand franchise business. For Miss Millie’s, it marks the brand’s expansion into a new geographical region.
A special launch
The new restaurant was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by the Mayor of Southampton, Councillor Jacqui Rayment.
