10.   Extra Beans will be awarded for each Handcrafted menu board drink purchased.

11.     Extra beans will not be awarded for using a reusable cup. For example, a latte in a reusable cup with be awarded 3 beans (2 for the initial latte and reusable cup and a third as part of this offer)

12.   If a customer purchases multiple Eligible Drinks in one transaction, the customer will receive the number of extra beans which corresponds with the total number of Eligible Drinks purchased. Earning of extra beans is not limited to one bean per transaction.

13.  Beans will not be awarded for: pre‑packaged drinks, including bottled drinks, cartons, cans or any other item than handcrafted drinks.

14.  Beans will not be awarded for babychinos.

15.   Offer has no cash value, and no cash alternative is available.

16.  Offer can only be used for your personal non-commercial use.

6.     Completed stamp cards are valid until 30/09/2026.

8.      Stamps can only be earned in-store at the time of purchase and only when the card is presented at the point of purchase. Stamps cannot be applied to any previous transaction or orders from another Costa. Cards cannot be used to collect stamps in relation to purchases made from any Costa Coffee outlets other than the location listed on the card.

9.      This card enables you to earn stamps. Once you have earned ten stamps you will be eligible for a free drink. You will earn one (1) stamp for each of the below when purchased at the location on the card (i) handcrafted drink (i.e. any handcrafted drink which is on the menu board at a Costa outlet (“Handcrafted Drink”); ii) bundle deal drink (i.e. any drink which is included in our Tea & Toast deal).

10.   Once you have earned 10 stamps, to equal the threshold, the stamp card can be exchanged for a free handcrafted beverage. You are entitled to a Handcrafted Drink of any size(including up to 5 add-ons, such as syrups and additional shots but excluding marshmallows) 

11.    You can also earn: One additional (1) Bean for each Handcrafted Drink purchased using a suitable reusable cup. Only reusable cups that are clean, of an appropriate size for the purchased barista prepared drink and with a secure lid will be accepted. The store manager's decision as to the acceptability of any cup will be final.

12.   If a customer purchases multiple Eligible Drinks in one transaction, the customer will receive the number of stamps which corresponds with the total number of Eligible Drinks purchased. Earning of stamps is not limited to one stamp per transaction.

13.   When redeeming a free drink if multiple Eligible Drinks are purchased in a single transaction, the card will be applied to the highest‑priced Eligible Drink in your order; all other Eligible Drinks and any other items in your order will be charged at full price.

14.  The card cannot be applied to, and is not valid for, pre‑packaged drinks, including bottled drinks, cartons, cans or any other item than handcrafted drinks. When purchasing gift card or in conjunction with any discount or privilege card whether issued by us or a third party.

15.   Free drinks cannot be redeemed against purchases of drinks in the Tea & Toast deal. OR used in a manner which would entitle a customer to a promotional offer. For example, if we had a ‘Buy one, get one free’ offer on a handcrafted coffee, the card cannot be used to cover the cost of the bought drink.

16.   Stamps are personal to you and cannot be pooled with stamps earned by another customer and redeemed together.

17.   Stamp cards cannot be used in conjunction with the Costa app.
