- By participating in this offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

- To redeem this offer, present the Voucher to a team member at the till before placing your order in the Costa store specified on the Voucher on your next visit. A Voucher can only be used at one of the Promotion Stores stated on it; it cannot be used at, or transferred to, any other Costa store. Valid at the following stores only:

- The Voucher must be redeemed within the offer period specified on the Voucher and before the stated expiry date. A Voucher will not be valid, and cannot be used, after its expiry date.
- A Voucher can only be redeemed on your next visit to the Promotion Store; it cannot be applied to any existing or previous transaction or order.
- When you purchase a hot handcrafted drink of any size from the menu board of the Promotion Store. The Voucher entitles you to receive 50% off the price of that Qualifying Drink as listed in the Promotion Store.
- The Voucher may only be redeemed in a single transaction to obtain 50% off one Qualifying Drink. If multiple Qualifying Drinks are purchased in a single transaction, the Voucher will be applied to the highest‑priced Qualifying Drink in your order; all other Qualifying Drinks and any other items in your order will be charged at full price.
- This Voucher cannot be applied to, and is not valid for: babychinos, frappes, over iced drinks, and iced teas and pre-packaged drinks including bottled drinks, cartons, or cans.
- Any customisations, additional syrups, coffee shots, toppings or coffee and milk upgrades or alternatives that do not come as standard will be charged at full price.
- This offer is subject to availability.
- One Voucher per person, per Costa store, only.
- Vouchers are valid for one use only. A Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher but Costa Club members will still receive a bean for each handcrafted drink they purchase.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value and no cash alternative is available. Vouchers cannot be replaced if defaced, damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen. Defaced / damaged Vouchers may be rejected.
- A Voucher can only be used for your personal non-commercial use. You cannot sell a Voucher or use it in sales or promotional activities.
- This offer does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Promotion Store. You cannot redeem a Voucher through Costa’s Click & Collect or Click & Serve services, or via Delivery, Costa Express self‑service coffee machines, Costa Kiosks, Proud To Serve outlets, or Order at Table services.
- The Promoter and the store manager of the Promotion Store reserve(s) the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this offer (including any Vouchers) at any time.
- Save where required by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control.
- If the Promoter fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the Promoter’s breach or if it was contemplated by you and the Promoter at the time that you redeemed (or attempted to redeem) this offer.
- This offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
