TERMS & Conditions

1.      Stamp cards are available for customers aged 16 or over.

2.     By using this stamp card, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

3.      Employees are not eligible for a stamp card.

4.      To earn a stamp, please present card to a team member at the till when placing your order at: Costa Coffee, Unit 16, Locks Heath Shopping Centre, Southampton, SO31 6DX. The card can only be used at these stores; it cannot be used at, or transferred to, any other Costa store. To redeem, please hand to a team member and state that you would like to redeem your free drink.

5.      Stamps can be earned between 06/11/25 - 31/12/25

6.     Completed stamp cards are valid until 15/01/2026.

7.      Cards may only be used within the offer period specified and before the stated expiry date. A card will not be valid, and cannot be used, after its expiry date.

8.      Stamps can only be earned in-store at the time of purchase and only when the card is presented at the point of purchase. Stamps cannot be applied to any previous transaction or orders from another Costa. Cards cannot be used to collect stamps in relation to purchases made from any Costa Coffee outlets other than: Costa Coffee, Unit 16, Locks Heath Shopping Centre, Southampton, SO31 6DX.

9.      This card enables you to earn stamps. Once you have earned ten stamps you will be eligible for a free drink. You will earn one (1) stamp for each of the below when purchased at: Costa Coffee, Unit 16, Locks Heath Shopping Centre, Southampton, SO31 6DX (i) handcrafted drink (i.e. any handcrafted drink which is on the menu board at a Costa outlet (“Handcrafted Drink”); ii) bundle deal drink (i.e. any drink which is included in our Tea & Toast deal).

10.   Once you have earned 10 stamps, to equal the threshold, the stamp card can be exchanged for a free handcrafted beverage. You are entitled to a Handcrafted Drink of any size(including up to 5 add-ons, such as syrups and additional shots but excluding marshmallows) 

11.    You can also earn: One additional (1) Bean for each Handcrafted Drink purchased using a suitable reusable cup. Only reusable cups that are clean, of an appropriate size for the purchased barista prepared drink and with a secure lid will be accepted. The store manager's decision as to the acceptability of any cup will be final.

12.   If a customer purchases multiple Eligible Drinks in one transaction, the customer will receive the number of stamps which corresponds with the total number of Eligible Drinks purchased. Earning of stamps is not limited to one stamp per transaction.

13.   When redeeming a free drink if multiple Eligible Drinks are purchased in a single transaction, the card will be applied to the highest‑priced Eligible Drink in your order; all other Eligible Drinks and any other items in your order will be charged at full price.

14.  The card cannot be applied to, and is not valid for, pre‑packaged drinks, including bottled drinks, cartons, cans or any other item than handcrafted drinks. When purchasing gift card or in conjunction with any discount or privilege card whether issued by us or a third party.

15.   Free drinks cannot be redeemed against purchases of drinks in the Tea & Toast deal. OR used in a manner which would entitle a customer to a promotional offer. For example, if we had a ‘Buy one, get one free’ offer on a handcrafted coffee, the card cannot be used to cover the cost of the bought drink.

16.   Stamps are personal to you and cannot be pooled with stamps earned by another customer and redeemed together.

17.   Stamp cards cannot be used in conjunction with the Costa app.

18.  Cards are available subject to availability.

19.  Completed cards are valid for one use only.

20.  Cards have no cash value, and no cash alternative is available. Cards cannot be replaced if defaced, damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen. Defaced/damaged cards may be rejected.

21.  Cards can only be used for your personal non-commercial use. You cannot sell a card or use it in sales or promotional activities.

22.   Cards can only be redeemed at the Promotional Stores listed. You cannot redeem a card through Costa’s Click & Collect or Click & Serve services, or via Delivery, Costa Express self‑service coffee machines, Costa Kiosks, Proud To Serve outlets, or Order at Table services.

23.   The Promoter and the store manager of the Promotion Store reserve(s) the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this offer (including any cards) at any time.

24.   If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent activities relating to this card we may:(i)forfeit all stamps accrued by you;(ii) suspend your right to collect stamps.

25.   Save where required by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions for reasons beyond its control.

26.  If the Promoter fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or its negligence, but it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the Promoter’s breach or if it was contemplated by you and the Promoter at the time that you redeemed (or attempted to redeem) this offer.

27.   This offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
