At the beginning of February, Scoffs teams came together for our annual Regional Roadshows, held in Basildon and Exeter. These events brought colleagues from the East and South regions together for two engaging days focused on connection, recognition, and sharing plans for the year ahead.

The Roadshows are an important moment in the Scoffs calendar, giving teams the opportunity to step away from day-to-day operations and come together to reflect, learn, and align for the future. They provide a space for colleagues to hear business updates, share successes, and strengthen the relationships that make Scoffs teams so effective.

A Night to Celebrate in Mayfair

An Evening at Quaglino’s

Following the Roadshows, Scoffs Group hosted its award winners in Mayfair for a celebratory evening at Quaglino’s.

The event featured three courses of exceptional cuisine, live music, drinks, and a gathering of the top talent from across the business. It offered an opportunity to properly celebrate achievements and reflect on a successful year together.

Crowning Our Overall Champions

During the evening, Scoffs announced its overall award winners, selected from the pool of regional champions:

🏆 Amy Wright – Area Manager of the Year
