We're thrilled to announce that Paul Turner has joined Scoffs Group UK, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee Individual Franchise Partner, on the 1st of July 2022 in the newly-created role of Chief Operating Officer. Paul will be instrumental in Scoffs Group’s next phase of accelerated and exciting growth plans. Paul comes with a wealth of experience, working with large blue-chip retail and QSR businesses, culminating in the support and leadership of more than 350 Costa Coffee stores and a headcount of over 4,000 employees.

Role and responsibilities
As COO, Paul will oversee daily business and departmental operations. He will drive operational excellence, enhance and develop internal procedures, and recruit further high-level talent into Scoffs Group’s Leadership Team.
