We're thrilled to announce that Luke Daines has joined Scoffs Group UK in the newly created role of Group Operations Director. Luke joined the multi-unit award-winning Scoffs Group on the 6th of January. Scoffs Group is the UK's largest Costa Coffee Individual Franchise Partner and also has multi-site deals with Miss Millie’s Fried Chicken, opening its first store in 2022.
Leading end-to-end operations
Luke will lead Scoffs Group’s end-to-end operations, from established brands such as Costa and Miss Millie’s to future operational partner brand developments. Luke previously worked for Costa as Retail Franchise Lead for the South, working with thirteen franchise partners and upholding Costa brand standards and relationships across more than 300 stores.
